“We hired Lauren for day-of coordination and she did an amazing job. Starting a couple weeks before the wedding, she worked with our vendors to schedule their drop off times and created our entire day-of schedule. Her communication was great and she was so helpful when I had questions. Day before the wedding, she helped us get organized at the venue and ran the rehearsal, which I was so thankful for!! On the actual wedding day she was nothing short of a SAINT! She setup everything and made sure the day ran smoothly. Our day was absolutely perfect and WAY more than I even imagined, and I truly believe that our vision would not have come true if it wasn’t for her! She made sure that I didn’t have to be involved on the actual day, so I could enjoy my time with my family and bridesmaids. There were also a significant amount of items that needed to be moved from the ceremony area to the reception, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her. I hired Lauren for day of coordination, and I could argue that I could have used her for planning services throughout the process for my own sanity, but if you’re questioning for a second if you need a coordinator, DO. “We hired LGE for day of coordination for our small destination wedding and I am SO GLAD we did! I was not sold on hiring a wedding planner and I thought I could do everything myself but hiring LGE gave my husband and I and our families the freedom to focus only on the joy of our wedding day. LGE set up the décor for our reception with very minimal instructions and it looked so beautiful! They also paid my vendors who required cash the day of, handled permits required to have a reception in a state park, kept people away from our ceremony which was held in a public place, helped keep everyone on time, and adapted well to my COVID related requests such as asking her to run a zoom session of our wedding ceremony (which was ruined by incoming storms knocking out cell reception). My husband and I basically just showed up to our reception and had a great time. I cannot even imagine hosting a larger wedding without coordinator, and LGE is a great choice!

LGE's travel fees are very reasonable as well. I was skeptical about hiring a coordinator but they are worth definitely worth the investment, and LGE is very reasonably priced. Very pleased with out decision to hire LGE and will hire them for any future event coordination needs.”
